Consumer Protection Association of Vojvodina
is an NGO founded in accordance to the resolution of Federal Ministry of Justice in October year 2001.

Since this NGO is still young but fighting for a very important cause worldwide recognized under the slogan “Customer is always right”, we would appreciate your suggestions and assistance in achieving any of our objectives.

The English version of this web site is intended to inform people around the world on the basic goals and activities of the association.

However, the Serbian version abounds with plenty of information on:

• the legislative regulation in FRY and Republic of Serbia
• the world and European standards and recommendations regarding production, trading and consumption
• advice on shopping, use and safety of products (education)
• the actions of our association and other institutions worldwide

Using this site the consumers in Vojvodina (and throughout Yugoslavia) can ask for advice and help in claiming their consumer rights.

We are addressing all competent bodies and other organizations around the world to support the efforts of our association financially or share their expert opinions with us, and therefore, speed up the development of  consumer conscience and the opportunity to claim his/her rights here in Vojvodina and Yugoslavia.
